The Neurosurgery division of The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy clinic located at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Office Building in SW Portland. We are looking for a committed team player to provide high quality patient care in a team setting. The provider is responsible for specialty care services, including assessing/managing patients and performing first assist duties during surgery. An RNFA is required for DNP or FNP candidates. Candidates without the RNFA must be willing to complete the certification within 6 months of employment. We treat all aspects of neurological conditions and our midlevel providers play a critical role in the care of our patients. Prior experience within Neurosurgery is preferred. Starting pay range, based on experience: $50.00 – $62.00 per hour. $1000 Call Pay per Weekend.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Requirements:

Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and current Oregon PA or NP license

RNFA is required for DNP or FNP candidates

Minimum of 3 years professional PA or NP experience in a clinical setting required

Prior experience with Logician and Centricity a plus

Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and office staff, patients and their families

Excellent communication skills and professionalism
